Damon Builds is a small, local building company based in Fowlerville, Michigan. We started Damon Builds to make the building process simpler and more personal: no runaround, no handoffs to strangers. When you hire us, you work directly with the owners, on site, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. We take on a few projects at a time so each one gets our full attention: custom homes, remodels and additions, decks, pole barns and garages, and design work with trusted local architects and designers. We live in this community, and we want to see it grow with quality homes. If you are planning a project in Livingston County, we would be glad to talk it through. No pressure, just a straightforward conversation about what you are building.
